Refund & Dispute Policy
Paid services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if substantially unused. Disputes should be raised first via support@folioviz.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks are reviewed in good faith, and we will provide transaction records and correspondence on request.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@folioviz.com. There are no cancellation fees.
