FOLIOVIZ LLC ("FolioViz," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all services operated by FOLIOVIZ LLC, including folioviz.com, vidmatic.ai, cinematicrelaxation.com, and prezori.com.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a verified-email flag. We may also collect any information you provide directly (such as support messages).
  • Usage data. We log how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, requests made, and approximate timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and similar technical metadata.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies & Analytics" below.
  • Content you submit. Text, prompts, files, and other inputs you provide when using the Services.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To authenticate you and protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • To monitor errors and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Services, under contractual confidentiality obligations:

  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and one-time charges. Stripe receives the payment details necessary to complete a transaction; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Google (OAuth) — sign-in and identity verification.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
  • OpenAI — AI features on prezori.com and vidmatic.ai. Prompts and related content you submit to AI features are sent to OpenAI for processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger or asset sale), subject to confidentiality protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then deleted upon request. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@folioviz.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may not function properly. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic and improve the Services.

Product usage analytics

On folioviz.com we record how the product is used — pages viewed, tabs switched, filters changed and similar interactions — so we can see which features help people and fix the ones that don't. This is first-party: the data goes to our own servers only and is not sold or shared with advertising networks. We never record what you type: no input, search-box or note contents, and no passwords. A random identifier stored in your browser links visits together, and is linked to your account once you sign in. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (or Do Not Track) signal, we honour it: events are counted without that identifier or any session, so they cannot be tied to you. Usage events are kept for 13 months and then deleted; you can ask us to delete yours sooner (see "Your Rights").

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

FOLIOVIZ LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
