These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by FOLIOVIZ LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("FolioViz," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

FOLIOVIZ LLC operates a portfolio of consumer and prosumer software products, all of which are subject to these Terms:

  • folioviz.com — financial market analytics and visualization tools.
  • vidmatic.ai — AI-assisted video creation tools.
  • cinematicrelaxation.com — relaxation and ambient media content.
  • prezori.com — AI-assisted presentation generation.

Each brand may have product-specific features, pricing, and disclosures, but all are operated by FOLIOVIZ LLC under these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@folioviz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Services.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Use the Services to generate or distribute malware, spam, or harassing content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Services without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by FOLIOVIZ LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid features are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees and any taxes. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading; you are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOLIOVIZ LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to informal resolution shall be the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
